"Fair price, but I had a few small gripes"
The policy price was fair and worked for me, so I can’t complain too much. Still, I did find myself getting annoyed with a few little things, mostly how unclear some of the details felt at first. I had to double-check stuff more than once, i hate having to double-check the same things over and over. The price was good, though, and there wasn’t much fuss in the end.

"Claim got sorted quick"
I had to make a claim and kbis got back to me really quick. The paperwork was easy enough to sort out, and the payment came through without having to do lot of chasing. I was really happy with the whole thing...

"Getting a quote was surprisingly easy"
I went on kbis.com to get a quote and it was straightforward. The form didn’t take forever, I wasn’t stuck clicking around trying to figure out where to go. I got the info back faster than I expected, that was a nice surprise. I’m giving it 4 stars just because a couple of the questions could’ve been worded a little clearer, but overall it wasn’t a big deal.

"Pretty clear overall"
I had a decent experience with kbis.com. Communication was clear for the most part, and I was able to get the info I needed without having to go back and forth a bunch. One response took a little longer than I expected, but overall it was fine. Would use them again if needed...

"I did end up getting what I needed..."
I did end up getting what I needed, so it worked out in the end. But support was slow, and while I was waiting, I felt kind of trapped because I couldn’t really move forward until they got back to me.

"Pretty happy with the coverage options"
I just looked through the coverage choices recently, it was a good experience. There were a few different options to pick from, which made it easier to find something that fit what I needed. The price seemed okay too, especially compared to what I was seeing most recently elsewhere

"Pretty reliable till now"
I’ve been using kbis.com and, it feels like a site I can trust, if that makes sense. I haven’t really run into any problems with it so far, so yeah, it’s been reliable for me.

"Quick payment, thankfully"
I paid my bill on kbis.com and it went through fast, which I really appreciated because I didn’t feel like dealing with a bunch of annoying extra steps. No confusing screens, no delays, and I got the confirmation right away. that’s all I wanted.
